Returns Policy

We offer a no questions asked 30 Day Return Policy. If you wish to return any item bought on SportsFrames.com for a refund please contact us at sales@sportsframes.com or call us at 979.968.9845 within 30 days of your purchase and we will be happy to help you through the return process. Be sure and keep all of the shipping supplies (box, styrofoam, etc.) so you can ship the item back the same way it was shipped to you. If you wish to have a refund for your item we will refund the cost of the item immediately once we receive it. If you wish to exchange your item for another item, we will ship your new item immediately upon receipt of your returned item.

You can also use our convenient online returns system. Simply log into your account on SportsFrames.com, view the order you wish to return using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received the returned item.

If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us via email at sales@sportsframes.com or via phone at 979.968.9845 and we will work with you to make sure your item is repaired or replaced at no cost whatsoever to you.

More than anything, we want to make sure you are happy with your experience with SportsFrames.com and we want to make sure we have a customer who will keep shopping with us again and again. We promise to take care of any problems as soon as possible and make sure you are satisfied with the resolution.

Shipping

We can ship our Framed Jerseys to anywhere in the United States and Canada.

Please note that we ship everything on our website to the Continental US for no charge to the customer. Shipping per Framed Jersey are $99 to Alaska and Hawaii and $125 to anywhere in Canada.
